Evisions announces the release of version 6.0 of Argos and MAPS. This release is highlighted by Argos Connect, the newest advanced feature designed to broaden management of both inbound and outbound data. It also includes customer-driven enhancements to expand compatibility and to improve banded reports and charting.

“Evisions has always excelled at enabling our clients to pull together and display data from disparate sources. With MAPS and Argos v6.0 we further extend these capabilities with Argos Connect – which allows clients to pull in data from any cloud source – and with improved charting and banded report capability for additional data presentation options.” says Rick Vigilis, Evisions’ Vice President of Product and Channels.

Key updates in the 6.0 release include:

  • Argos Connect: the newest advanced feature, comprised of Cloud Connect and the DataBlock Connector
  • Barcodes: you can now include barcodes within your banded reports, expanding usage for scanning on campus or at remote locations
  • Enhanced Standard Charts: new alignment, label, and layout options to improve overall usability
  • Compatibility: enables MAPS to support Windows Server 2016

More detailed information can be found in the Release Guides for Argos 6.0 and MAPS 6.0.
