FormFusion can directly distribute documents to almost any printer and source tray. Additionally, it can deliver documents electronically through the following four modules:

Email with Encryption

Avoid stuffing and sealing envelopes, and save money on postage and printing, by distributing your documents as read-only PDFs via password-protected and encrypted email.

PL SQL Script Director (e-billing)

Save paper and time, while improving service to your students, by integrating directly with your institution’s web portal (a popular feature with the Student Billing process).

Imaging Integration

Increase speed, accuracy and efficiency by feeding documents directly into third-party imaging solutions, or to specific network folders. Eliminate the manual steps of printing, scanning, and indexing documents.

DocuSign Director

Create a paperless process, from initial form creation all the way through to the final electronic signature. You must have a DocuSign Account for the Director to work.

FormFusion + SaaS

When you’re ready to move from on-premise to SaaS, know that FormFusion is ready to transition with you. Evisions is always working to ensure the functionality you’ve come to expect. To aid in the transition, the following new enhancements are available:

API FormDirector

Maintain compatibility with Ellucian’s eTranscript system when you transition to Banner SaaS. This new FormDirector allows FormFusion jobs (i.e., eTranscript data ) to be sent to an API endpoint rather than to the traditional printer or email. This component handles API interactions necessary for file uploads, including Authentication APIs (to secure access to the endpoint) and Upload APIs (for transmitting the eTranscript output).

IntelleCheck FormDirector

This FormFusion enhancement enables continued use of IntelleCheck in the Banner SaaS environment. The new FormDirector – located within FormFusion – takes the Banner input file (LIS), formats it for delivery, and outputs it to IntelleCheck for continued processing of checks and direct deposits. (IntelleCheck users will not need to purchase FormFusion when moving to Saas, as this component will be made available to them.)
