Lawrence Technological University created a Student Success Initiative project to replace and combine several applications into a comprehensive system to share information between students, advisors, faculty, coaches, and other student support departments. This presentation focuses primarily on the role Evisons Argos played in the process, specifically how it replaced a discontinued MapWorks early feedback application and provided real time information for the other departments to promote student success. It also discusses the political and departmental challenges that needed to be addressed along the way.
