When will datablock designer not require activex control?? Want to use designer on non-windows platform as well as be ready when IE 11 goes away. Doesn’t work in Edge.

      William,

In MAPS 4.0 and higher, ActiveX Control is no longer required to launch all Evisions products.

At this time the Argos client application can only run on an MS Windows PC. However, you can use the Argos Web Viewer to launch and run reports and dashboards on Macs and supported tablets in a browser. Also, there are a variety of ways to create an MS Windows environment on a Mac.

Currently, Evisions has no plans to make the Argos client application compatible with Macs. But please know that your feedback is important to us. We always want to foster your trust and confidence, as well as take the necessary steps to improve Argos so it meets customer expectations.

If you need more details or have additional questions, please contact our Support Team: helpdesk@evisions.com

      Thank you!
