Evisions announces the release of IntelleCheck 4.0.2. As clients continue to move to Banner SaaS, this latest release of our payment processing solution for higher education focuses on key enhancements to support IntelleCheck functionality in a SaaS environment.
IntelleCheck will maintain its own data storage database.
To continue using IntelleCheck with Banner SaaS, administrators can migrate their existing IntelleCheck data out of the Oracle Banner installation and into a new on-premise database leveraged by IntelleCheck directly. (Reminder: There is a new FormDirector within FormFusion that enables continued use of IntelleCheck in the Banner SaaS environment. IntelleCheck users will not need to purchase FormFusion when moving to Saas, as this component will be made available to them.)
IntelleCheck Reports for Banner SaaS.
Due to the migration of the IntelleCheck database (see above), reports were unable to reconnect with the appropriate fields. This release corrects that issue and makes those reports available. Users will once again be able to generate Check Register, Summary, and Auction Audit reports in Banner SaaS.
Upgraded check-printing technology.
IntelleCheck previously leveraged PCL-encoded files to extrapolate graphics, fonts and other various check artifacts by merging check data with a macro [template] file. This has been replaced with PDF technology for improved formatting support, compatibility, and standardization.
MAPS PDF printing support.
With the check type changing from PCL to PDF (see above) both MAPS and IntelleCheck have been upgraded to support printing PDF files without conversion.
