FormFusion 4.1.3 Now Available

Comments

Evisions announces the release of FormFusion 4.1.3. With a continued eye on clients moving to Banner SaaS, this newest update to our document design and delivery solution introduces key enhancements to aid in that transition.

API FormDirector

This is a new FormDirector that allows FormFusion jobs to be sent to an API endpoint for upload to a site. The upgrade allows eTranscript data to be directed to an API endpoint rather than to the traditional print or email. This component will handle API interactions necessary for file uploads, including Authentication APIs (to secure access to the endpoint) and Upload APIs (for transmitting the eTranscript output).

eviQueue Installer

This release delivers an updated installer for eviQueue, enabling this application to operate as a Windows service. This change will facilitate seamless start and stop operations. (This Java application is intended to replace the Banner GJAJOBS.shl script in conjunction with Evisions evilp from the old, non-SaaS Banner environment. eviQueue is used to request Banner Process job files and send them to FormFusion for processing.)

Watch this video for an overview of these enhancements.

This release also includes maintenance updates and bug fixes.
