2019 Tax Season Reminders: FormFusion and IntelleCheck

October 1, 2019

Comments

This tax season, if you use FormFusion and/or IntelleCheck and are applying Banner updates, there are some key reminders of which you should be aware.

IntelleCheck

If your Banner Accounts Payable and/or Human Resource upgrade includes a new version of the fabchkp/fardird/phpchkl .pc file(s), please open a Evisions support case so that your Evisions modified version of the file(s) can be upgraded accordingly.

As a best practice, ensure that the Evisions version of the fabchkp/fardird/phpchkl .pc files are re-compiled after performing any Banner upgrade.

FormFusion

In preparation for the 2019 Tax Process, Evisions strongly recommends upgrading to MAPS version 6.3 and FormFusion version 3.9. If upgrading is not an option, the minimum requirements are MAPS 5.4.1 and FormFusion 3.6.

Barring any unforeseen issues, tax templates will be released mid-December.

For the latest details and updates, please follow our FormFusion Taxes discussion* on the Evisions Community.
