Introducing the Evisions Client Engagement team! This team is made up of Higher Ed, data, and Evisions product experts – and has been formed to serve you.
Assisting you and your institution
Do you need assistance with developing a security strategy for Argos and MAPS? What about building a plan for reporting from cloud data sources? The experts on the Client Engagement Team have you covered with advice and best practices on a wide variety of issues.
Are you using all the features available to you in your Evisions products? The Client Engagement Team will help you evaluate what tools you already own and ensure that you are using them to the fullest. (This will help you avoid purchasing extra tools and streamline your processes without breaking the bank.)
Routing suggestions and feedback
Have you ever thought to yourself, “If they could only add this one feature it would save me so much time and frustration?” The Client Engagement Team wants to hear that feedback. We will work to understand your request and pass it along to the appropriate Evisions staff who can make your product dreams a reality.
